collections. Since May, collections have been more than $300K.
Fourteen delinquent accounts have paid in full, thirty-six payment
plans have been put into place and fifty-four are in
negotiation/referred to legal. To encourage timely payments, a
timeline has been established. This includes the potential suspension
of Club privileges for non- payments.
The
Engineering Report included the scope of the road restoration work for
2024. Evaluation is based on safety, level of service, ancillary road
work required and funding requirements. The work is complete on the
White Deer Plaza sidewalk and curb replacement. Weight restrictions
will be implemented immediately on the West Shore Trail Bridge (located
near the playground) to avoid further section loss on exterior beams.
The
Falcon Group is establishing a Capital Reserve Report for the Lake
Mohawk Pool Complex. This will allow for long-term planning and
budgeting.

audit was received and is currently being reviewed by the BOT. The

Online statements are now
visible on the Club website.

funding for 2024 is $2,292,000..
The 2024 Budget was approved
by the BOT.
